How it works

Every loan successfully funded between Wednesday 9th September and Wednesday 30th September 2026 automatically enters you into the draw.

• £10k–£99k = 1 entry
• £100k–£249k = 2 entries
• £250k+ = 3 entries

Plus, earn a bonus entry every time a returning customer's loan is funded.

Terms & conditions

Eligibility

• Entrants must be aged 18 years or over at the date of entry.
• The promotion is open to active Fleximize brokers based in the UK only.
  • An ‘active broker’ means a registered Fleximize introducer who has referred at least one qualified lead or customer between 30th September 2026 and the competition closing date.
• Employees of Fleximize, their immediate families, or anyone professionally connected with the competition are not eligible to enter.

Entry on behalf of brokerages and networks

• Entries will be attributed to the brokerage business that holds the introducer agreement with Fleximize.
• Prizes will be awarded to the brokerage as the contracting entity, not to individual employees.
• In the case of broker networks, prizes will be awarded directly to the individual appointed representative whose funded loans qualify for entry.
• It is the responsibility of the brokerage or network to distribute or allocate any prize internally. Fleximize will not enter into any correspondence or disputes relating to how prizes are shared or used within the winning organisation.

How to enter

• To enter, eligible brokers must complete a funded loan with Fleximize between 8:30am on Wednesday 9th September and 4:30pm on Wednesday 30th September 2026.
• Entry is automatic based on loans funded – there’s no separate form or registration required.
• Each funded loan counts as one entry, with additional entries awarded depending on the total funded amount:
  • £10k–£99k = 1 entry
  • £100k–£249k = 2 entries
  • £250k+ = 3 entries
• Plus, one bonus entry is awarded every time a returning customer's loan is funded.
• There’s no limit to the number of entries a broker can earn during the promotional period.

Prizes

• There are three prizes available to be won:
  • First prize: TUI holiday voucher worth £3,500
  • Second prize: TUI weekend getaway voucher worth £1,000
  • Third prize: Champneys spa voucher worth £500
• TUI vouchers are valid for two years from the date of issue and can be used to book your own holiday. Full details can be found on their website.
• The Champneys voucher is valid for two years and can be redeemed online against spa days, spa breaks, treatments or in their in-resort shops. Full details can be found on their website.
• Winners are responsible for ensuring they hold valid passports, visas, travel insurance, and any required vaccinations or documentation for their chosen destination.
• Prizes are awarded to the brokerage (or to the individual appointed representative in the case of network submissions) and must be accepted as offered.
• Prizes are strictly non-transferable, must not be sold or auctioned, and cannot be exchanged for cash.
• In the event that circumstances outside the promoter’s control make a prize unavailable, a substitute prize of equal value will be offered.
• Prizes are awarded directly to winners only; anyone found breaching these rules may be disqualified.

Winner selection and notification

• The draw will take place live on Thursday 1st October 2026 and can be watched via livestream @3pm.
• Three winners will be selected at random from all valid entries.
• Each winner will receive one prize only. If the same name is drawn more than once, a re-draw will take place to ensure three unique winners.
• Winners will be notified by email on 1st October 2026.
• Winners must confirm acceptance of their prize by Saturday 31st October 2026. If a winner does not respond by this date, the prize will be reallocated to another entrant.

General

• The promoter is Fleximize Ltd, Holbrook House, 51 John Street, Ipswich, IP3 0AH
• Competition period runs from 8:30am Wednesday 9th September to 4:30pm Wednesday 30th September 2026. Entries received after this time will not be valid.
• By entering, participants agree that Fleximize may use their name and business name for announcing winners and related publicity, in any media, without additional payment. Personal data will be processed in accordance with the Fleximize Privacy Policy.
• The promoter reserves the right to cancel, amend, or suspend the competition where necessary due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
• The promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who is found to have breached these terms, provided false information, or otherwise acted fraudulently or in bad faith.
• The promoter accepts no responsibility for entries not successfully completed or for technical failures of any kind.
• Fleximize will not be liable for any loss, damage, injury, or disappointment suffered by any entrant as a result of taking part in the promotion or accepting any prize, except where caused by the promoter’s negligence.
• No correspondence will be entered into regarding the draw results.
• These terms and conditions are governed by English law and entrants submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
• Any tax liability arising from the prize will be the sole responsibility of the prize winner.
