A number of online titles featured the comments of Fleximize managing partner Peter Tuvey in their general election coverage.
Following the shock election result, which saw Theresa May lose her majority, Peter criticized the prime minister for pursuing her own political interests, potentially at the expense of the economy. With Labour gaining 32 seats in the election, he also claimed that opinion is clearly divided on Brexit, and that last year’s referendum didn’t necessarily mandate a ‘hard’ departure from the EU.
Alternative finance site Altfi led with Peter’s comments in its story – headlined Alternative lenders weigh in on hung parliament – and he was one of several business owners to be quoted by Tech City News and Elite Business in their own post-election roundups.
