The role
We’re on the lookout for someone who loves talking to people and helping UK businesses grow. As a Customer Engagement Specialist, you’ll connect with our existing and past customers to uncover funding opportunities, improve their cash flow, and make their experience with Fleximize seamless.
This role is a mix of sales, account management, and customer success. If you enjoy conversations, building trust, and seeing the difference you make for a business, this could be your perfect role.
Responsibilities
- Reach Out: Call new, previous and current customers. Spot opportunities to save them money or offer new funding. Keep it clear, helpful, and friendly.
- Build Relationships: Be the go-to person for business owners. Offer proactive reviews and tailored advice. Work closely with Relationship Managers and Underwriters to keep the experience smooth.
- Support Applications: Keep customers updated on their loan progress. Answer questions and make sure every interaction leaves them confident and happy.
What we're looking for:
No previous experience is necessary, however the ideal applicant will bring:
- Confident, empathetic, and persuasive communication skills.
- A knack for understanding customer needs and matching them with the right solution.
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Motivation to hit targets and help customers succeed.
