Key Traits of a Dynamic, Versatile Organisation

By Emma Meakin

We all strive to create that dynamic, versatile organisation but what is it that makes an organisation stand out as dynamic and versatile organisation.

Such an organisation is responsive to changes in its operating environment; it can quickly organize its resources to successfully deliver products or services that meet market need or react to market changes. It does this by creating an empowered workforce, maintaining a structure where each department has autonomy.

This structure needs to work to a universal vision and set of values. Such organisations ensure that these are well communicated throughout the business. They also nurture a learning culture for continuous improvement. Internal communication, empowerment and flexible working are, therefore, characteristics of dynamic and versatile organisations.
