Fleximize Gears Up for Round Two As Dubois and Wardley Run It Back

As Dubois and Wardley prepare to run it back, Fleximize gears up to cheer on its fighter

10th October 2026

With Daniel Dubois and Fabio Wardley just days from settling their score at The O2 on 17th October, Fleximize is proud to sponsor the rematch – building on its long-standing partnership with the Ipswich-born Wardley as he looks to reclaim his title.

The rematch – dubbed 'Run It Back' by promoters Queensberry – has been billed as one of the most anticipated fights of the year, following an 11th-round classic in May that saw Dubois become a two-time world heavyweight champion. Wardley, who was defending the WBO title on home soil, twice watched Dubois climb off the canvas but refused to go down himself, despite the punishment he absorbed in the closing rounds.

Now, with just one week to go, both men are preparing to do it all again.

Peter Tuvey, co-founder and CEO of Fleximize, said:

"Fabio embodies everything we look for in the people and businesses we back: grit, ambition, and the refusal to be counted out. Backing him as an individual fighter has been a natural fit for Fleximize, and getting behind this rematch as well was an easy decision. Two fighters going toe-to-toe for eleven rounds and coming back for more – that's the kind of determination we see in the small business owners we fund every day, and we're proud to be in Fabio's corner again on 17th October."

Frank Warren, Founder of Queensberry Promotions said:

“We’re delighted to be back in the ring with Fleximize as Daniel Dubois and Fabio Wardley go toe to toe once again. If the rematch is anything like the first fight in May, we’re in for another absolute cracker at The O2 next Saturday night. Thank you to Fleximize for their fantastic support.”

Dubois, who takes on Wardley for a second time, said: "When you've shared a ring for 11 rounds, whatever it was, yes, we had a good war, we had a good battle, and that's that mutual fighter respect that you have as a fighter, as a boxer. I can't wait to do it again."

Wardley, reflecting on the first fight and his path back, said: "It's just another chapter in the story that is my career. By no means do I expect to get through boxing unscathed – not many do survive this sport, especially heavyweight boxing, without a loss or a stumble along the way. But even Daniel himself has proven you can take a loss and come back and win, and he's now a two-time heavyweight champion of the world. That's exactly what my aim is: to come back, right my wrongs, adjust, and come through on top."

On his approach to the rematch, Wardley added: "It's not as simple as hurt him early or hurt him late – it's just get him hurt, basically, and then follow up. I've proven I can finish fights early, and I've proven I can finish fights late, so that's already a box ticked. It's about going about it in the moment, and following up in the areas I lacked last time."

Tickets for Dubois vs Wardley 2 are on sale now via The O2 and AXS.
