Fleximize began its journey in 2014 with a small team of five and a mission to offer tailored financial solutions to SMEs. Today, with more than 70 employees and backing from major investors including Goldman Sachs and Citi, Fleximize continues to thrive and adapt to the changing needs of thousands of SMEs across the UK, many of which are based in East Anglia.
In September, Fleximize celebrated its anniversary with a fun-filled office warm-up party. With headquarters on the iconic Ipswich Waterfront, employees enjoyed a variety of treats, including vegan, gluten-free, and nut-free cupcakes and exclusive branded hoodies. The day's events featured:
- A balloon-filled boardroom where employees had the chance to pop for prizes.
- A delicious array of vegan, meat, and veggie pizzas.
- A lively bingo game with fantastic prizes and a selection of cocktails to enjoy.
Prizes included a £250 holiday voucher, a George Foreman Grill, afternoon tea at The Salthouse, Suffolk Food Hall hampers, and more.
The grand celebration, "Flex-Chella," took place in October at Fynn Valley, embracing a festival theme with live music, games, a barbecue, and a DJ, reflecting the company's vibrant culture and appreciation for its dedicated team.
Beyond celebrating its milestone, Fleximize remains committed to supporting the local community through its sponsorship of Ipswich Town Football Club and other local sporting groups.
