Graphic Designer & Animator

The role

We’re after a versatile Graphic Designer who doesn’t just make things look good, but also makes them move. From animated social posts to video snippets and slick marketing campaigns, you’ll help bring our brand to life across every channel. You’ll get the chance to stretch your creative muscles, work across digital and print, and learn from a team that values big ideas and high-quality execution.

What you'll be doing

• Craft eye-catching visuals for social media, email campaigns, website content, and print materials.
• Design and animate motion graphics that tell stories, highlight offers, or explain concepts.
• Work hand-in-hand with the Senior Graphic Designer to maintain consistent branding across all platforms.
• Bring ideas from concept to final delivery - fast, polished, and on-brand (we have multiple brands here at Fleximize).
• Adapt and repurpose existing creative assets for multiple channels.
• Keep up with design and animation trends, pushing the brand forward creatively.

What we're looking for:

Experience & Qualifications:

• Degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Animation, or a related field.
• 2+ years of professional experience in graphic design, with demonstrable animation/motion graphics work.
• Strong portfolio showcasing design, animation, and video projects.

Skills & Software:

• Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro.
• Motion graphics, video editing, and animation techniques.
• Microsoft Office: PowerPoint (essential), Word, Excel, Outlook.
• Web & UI design tools (Figma) desirable.
• Project management tools (Asana) a plus.

• A creative thinker with an eye for detail, typography, layout, and colour.
• A storyteller who knows how to make visuals move and engage an audience.
• Confident collaborating across teams while juggling multiple projects.
• Passionate about brand consistency and producing high-quality work.
• Curious, adaptable, and always looking to learn new techniques.

Extra Kudos For:

• Experience creating animated content for marketing or social media campaigns.
• 3D or character animation experience.
• Direct response or conversion-focused design experience.
