£500 Amazon Gift Card Prize Draw Terms & Conditions
The competition is only open to UK business owners who supply their full name and valid email address following the successful completion of the Fleximize Financial Wellness 2022 survey.
The winner will receive a £500 Amazon.co.uk Gift Card. No cash or otherwise monetary alternative will be offered.
The survey and prize draw is open from 10 am on 04/10/2022 and will close at 6 pm on 01/11/2022. One winner will then be randomly chosen by us through a random number generator tool and contacted via email within 28 days of the conclusion of the survey, from those submitted in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
If a chosen winner does not respond to the email within (7) calendar days, Fleximize reserves the right to select a new winner from the eligible entry list and thereafter until the competition prize has been successfully allocated.
Only one entry per survey per person is permitted, and any duplication/repeated entries will be invalid. Different email addresses used by the same person, or any form of multiple entry is not allowed, and all entries by any such person will be disqualified.
The survey must be FULLY completed for valid entry.
The competition is not open to employees or staff of Alterium Ltd as well as their families or partners.
Fleximize reserves the right to withdraw the prize draw at any point.
By entering this prize draw, participants confirm their acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. In the event of any dispute about the rules, the matter will be passed to the CEO of Alterium Ltd, and their decision will be final.
