12 Days of Flexmas Terms & Conditions

The official rules for our 12 Days of Flexmas Competition


1) Open to Fleximize introducers, except for the employees and their immediate families of Fleximize Services Limited and its group of companies.

2) Personal data and any information regarding any personal data which is provided by you when you enter will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy for the purpose of managing the competition.

3) We agree not to share your details with any third parties in relation to this competition.

4) All prizes will be pre-selected. No cash or otherwise monetary alternative will be offered.

5) The winners will be chosen at random on each week day from 7th December to 22nd December inclusive.

6) A video recording of prize draw will be posted on the Fleximize Introducers Group on Linkedin, and an email sent to all Fleximize Introducers that morning featuring the winners drawn that day.

7) The selected winners will also be notified by email within 7 (seven) days of the draw being made.

8) Fleximize reserves the right to offer an alternative prize of equal value should the advertised prize become unavailable for reasons beyond the control of Fleximize. Should this occur, Fleximize will contact the winner directly.

9) All entrants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by these Terms and Conditions and any requirements set out in any accompanying promotional material. Fleximize reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who Fleximize believes has contravened any of the Terms and Conditions, and select an alternative winner in respect of any prize they have won.

How to enter

10) Any Introducer that has a loan funded between 20th October 2020 and 4th December 2020 will automatically receive one (1) entry per funded loan.

11) Each entry will be sent to you by email in the form of a digital raffle ticket. This will be sent to you by your Fleximize Broker Manager at any point before the prize draws begin on 7th December 2020. 

12) If you haven't been sent a raffle ticket for a particular loan, please raise this issue with your Broker Manager.
